- New graduate are welcome or A few years of experiences in Human Resources and Administration
- Positive attitude, strong service mind and open-minded
- Business level English and clearly communication skills both written and orally and flexible to do multi-tasks in job
- Excellent organizational skills in a timely manner
- Punctuality and team work with problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills and being organized and accurate
- Familiar with PC (especially with MS Office applications)
- Source potential candidates from various online channels. i.e. Jobsdb / Hotel job / Facebook page
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates both Thai and English via phone, Online and offline.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate within departments and company
- Design and update job templates including artworks for post on social media.
- Preparing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are posted
- Update staff uniform every month
- Update organization every month
- Orientation new staff
- Design birth day card / Poster and send out to staff
- Announcement new join and resign staff
- Support documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, hiring, training, grievances etc.)
- Deal with employee requests/questions regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Communicate with public services when necessary i.e. department of employment, supplier
- Other jobs assigned by Manager of Human Resources and Director of Project and Operations
